Designation: Sr. Recruitment Consultant (TBD - flexible)
Required : Bike + Driving License must
Office location : M. G. Road, Camp at Pune
Experience : 3 to 4 Years in recruiting for IT, BFSI, Engineering Industries in Corporate or Recruitment Consultancy Firm
Qualification: Any Person satisfying mentioned job criteria
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills and should be presentable. Fantastic People skills or capability to groom as a future Lead preferred
Should have a strong will to continuously learn/upgrade Self
Entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitude
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy in consultation with Seniors.
Handle End to End recruitment cycle.
Able to gather requirements accurately from Clients
Proficient with Sourcing from all channels including Job Portals, Social Media, Internet, Reference, Referrals, Headhunting, other cost-effective methods. Ability to design, develop new methods, channels and strategies for Sourcing
Screening & completely validating on the selected profiles to have best fitment
Ability to deliver a set number of high quality, best fit Resumes within 24 hours of arrival of job mandate in the System. 80% Accuracy desired. Should be able to deliver as per the targets set from time to time
Prefer candidates experienced in handling almost all formats of RPO, Bulk recruitment, Job Fairs; and having good rapport with aforementioned Recruitment Cells
Candidates who could help the Center bring new Clients from their excellent network would be an added advantage
Recruitment MIS and Documentation: Regularly update all Recruitment MIS, Trackers, Resume database and overall documentation
